At Jack Georges, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused merchandise in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all hangtags, dust bags, and a copy of your original invoice to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or choose your own preferred shipping method with tracking.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
